FAQ
What is FPV drone filming?
FPV stands for first person view. The pilot flies with goggles that show a live feed from the drone's camera, which makes fast, close and continuous camera moves possible, through spaces and around moving subjects that a standard camera drone cannot follow.
Do you only work in Dubai?
No. André is based in Dubai and works across the UAE and worldwide. The site lists more than 120 projects in 12 countries.
What kind of projects do you film?
Car commercials for brands such as Ferrari, Bugatti, Porsche, BMW M, Lotus, Hyundai N and Kia; hotel and destination films for Atlantis Dubai and Visit Dubai; events and concerts for WHITE Dubai and Untold Dubai; action projects for Red Bull, PlayStation and GoPro; and feature films including War 2 and Bade Miyan Chote Miyan.
Do drone shoots in Dubai need permits?
Yes. Drone shoots in Dubai need the relevant aviation and media approvals. These are arranged per project as part of planning the shoot.
